When girls don't put out!! This was written by a guy ... it's pretty damn smart. Girls -- Please have a sense of humor! I never quite figured out why the sexual urge of men and women differ so much. And I never have figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing. I have never figured out why men think with their head and women with their heart. FOR EXAMPLE: One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting into bed. Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says, 'I don't feel like it, I just want you to hold me.' I said, 'WHAT??!! What was that?!' So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear... 'You're just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man.' She responded to my puzzled look by saying, 'Can't you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?' Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep. The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn't decide which one to take, so I told her we'd just buy them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said, 'Lets get a pair for each outfit.' We went on to the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you... she was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn't even know how to play tennis. I think I threw her for a loop when I said, 'That's fine, honey.' She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement. Smiling with excited anticipation, she finally said, 'I think this is all dear, let's go to the cashier.' I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, 'No honey, I don't feel like it.' Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled, 'WHAT?' I then said, 'Honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while. You're just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman.' And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, 'Why can't you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?' Apparently I'm not having sex tonight either....but at least that bitch knows I'm smarter than her. Alright Ladies. Forward this if you agree. Hell even if you disagree, forward it anyway. One look, I immediately recognized that face. It was my Lecturer from Uni. I was rather shocked too as he used to have very fair skin tone and well groomed. But the man that was standing in front of me was far from what little memory I had of him. He is Mr. Toh, one of the Engineering Lecturer. He now has dark skin, weary eyes, dressed shabbily and rides a vespa. I kept asking him if he is still teaching these days and he tries to change the subject whenever I push on. Finally he told me he left that Uni to teach at an ITE. The students there drove him mad. He went mental and Doctors advised him to leave teaching. The principal at the ITE came to know about his medical problems and due to his inaility to take stress, Mr. Toh was asked to leave. Now, being asked to leave in the teaching profession is nothing proud about, no matter what you teach. Being too shameful to face his other counterparts, he went on the join a shipyard to work as an engineer assistant. He could have been an engineer, but due to his age, they gave him the most junior position. And this explains why this tired and worn out soul of a man. Fallen from white collar to a blue collar job is already a toll on anyone, he even sold his car in exchange for a beatup Vespa that looked like it will fall apart anytime. He couldn't remember my name, or the year he taught me. But it's ok. Most importantly, ex-students like us remembers a kind soul and a good lecturer like Mr. Toh. As I bid my farewell to him, I felt my heart pricked me. This man who dedicated at least 30 years of his life to teaching ends up like this. Sighz. Life is really unpredictable. ---------------------------------------------------------

Bangkok hasn't changed much since my last trip there. Only the recent trend of wearing pink after the Thai King sparked off a new fashion trend by appearing in Pink. Every shop selling something would have something in pink. Then the King's Birthday was on the 5th Dec, when I arrived on 6th Dec night, there is an air of celebration everywhere. Fireworks light up the sky for a good 1 hour. Wow!!!! The bargaining trend has changed slightly too. At Suan Lum Night Bazaar............ Last time : A - This One how much? B - 500 Baht... A - 250 Baht can? B - No Sir, already valy Chip.... A - 300 Bath? B - Ok lah...... Last Year : A - This One how much? B - 500 Baht.... A - Got discount? B - No, last Price, no discount, no bargain. A - Nevermind... Latest Trend : A - This One how much? B - 500 Baht.... A - Nevermind, other stores sell same same Chipper.(Walks Out) B - Sir, Sir, how much you say. A - No Thank You (Still walking out) B - Sir, 400 Baht...., 300 Baht....., 200 Baht....... These stupid fellas forgot something, in a Night Bazaar, there are a few thousand stalls selling practically about the same things. Trying to chop people is the most idiotic thing to try. For first-time visitors maybe will work, not for a regular like me. Overall, I enjoyed the trip very much, especially to the 4-faced Buddha, Temple of Dawn & Wat Huaa Lamphon......... Looking forward to return there again soon. Before I end this update, spotted a special shop at Clementi yesterday. Its called, "Na.....Bei......Lah!"...........(Pun intended).  ---------------------------------------------------------

Someone in tie with a suitcase or a dressed up lady in business suit? And they sell/rent properties? Probably that's what we all know. What I didn't know about these agents came to light recently when some from the Property Industry shared with me plus my own experience last month looking for a flat to rent. 1) Behind the scene - Property Agents are human too. There are both nice and nasty ones. But what I was told is, most of these fellas are one of the rudest in the industry. They call up Associations (Property ones of course) and raise their voice, talk like they owned the world and demanded for the most ridiculous requests and some simply called to bargain discount for certain fees which is already very cheap. I was shocked to learn about these things that they do. Behind that smiley face hides a monster. I was told especially the agents from Prop***, these are agents I should avoid. They are the worst of the lot. In fact many people lodged complaints about them for practising issues, you know the rest. 2) Flat Rental - I posted advertisements on a few online property portal recently as i was looking for a flat to rent. My mistake is to leave my mobile number online. Following those postings, I received at least a hundred calls from agents all over Singapore. I tell you, some of these fellas are like gangsters. They insist I follow their timing for viewing, or demanded that I increase my budget or some simple hang up on me when I told them I AM RENTING NOT BUYING! Madness! Some even call me at 1am to ask if I am still interested to BUY? I only say I want to rent NOT buy! These agents don't understand English or what? Its a world of difference between Rent and Buy. Some of these agents even ask me if I am interested in Condos. Another idiot! I posted clearly I am ONLY looking for flats!!!! Wah Lau Eh! Siao ah! They so desperate or what? Another agent call me and ask me if I am another agent. I stated Private rental!!!! Ah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fu*k these Property Agents! Yet, there are some that makes a fool of themselves by spreading fictious rumours confusing landlords and ad agencies and even other players in the industry. These rumours of winning sites, marketing rights...etc really stir the industry. Really so desperate meh? I wonder if they like it if I start to pitch for their sites. What goes round WILL come around. Anyway, it's Christmas around the corner, I might just go after these jokers' sites after all the merry-making. Watch out. Bleah.

And the best part, recently I was pitching for a Site, then I saw how unprofessional some companies are by using shrewd tactics and unbelievable methods to put themselves in a better preposition. Mind you, these are huge Outdoor Media Companies. The landlord shared with me about the various "stunts" these big players pulls off just to gain a new site, I was kinda shocked. This is Singapore, not Indonesia or Malaysia where certain stunts actually works, but these big companies brings in these working style which I think which badly corrupt the local market system. Like many years ago, a company P*********e starts offering Rental to Landlords causing a stir among the Outdoor Media Companies, see what happened to them today? They are in deep financial trouble. Lessons are never learnt and now some other over-confident companies are moving in the same path. Well, let them be. We shall see.  I've been staying at Clementi for a couple of months now. Found this area to be extremely "colourful". This is one place you have to wait 5 minutes for a lift to stop at your level, a place infested with stray cats, neighbours hanging out wet clothes (dripping wet) to dry over your drying clothes, a place where resident hurl all sort of (not your usual) rubbish from their kitchen windows (rice, used sanitary pads...etc), frequent violent domestic fights, loan shark graffitti are common, loud talking China peple originated from PRC in the still of the night or at other times, you sees them walking or loitering all over Clementi staring at local ladies, spitting all over the place and they travel in packs. Think you seen it all? Not yet.  I heard some horror stories about these PRC pushing their way the minute the MRTdoors open, until they got out of the station and keeps pushing until they reach the Bus terminal, Whoa! And heard about the Malay weddings? An interesting fact, Clementi has the highest number of Malay Weddings per month then any other estates combined. Think you know it all about Clementi already? There are more.... Are you also aware that almost all the basketball court in Clementi is primarily used for "Soccer"? There are no real field in Clementi actually. Unless if you are talking abouut the huge field near the Swimming Pool, but the landscape there makes it hard to do a proper penalty kick so automatically the basketball courts and even badminton courts got converted. *Pic - Ads with Spelling Error is Common here at Clementi  To the food centre, have you eaten there before? I dined there at least 8 times a week and found the most disgusting people there. They spit on the hawker centre floor, the table cleaners wash their cloth at a sink located near the smoking area, then many use that sink to spit (apart from those that spit on the floor), then the cleaners use those cloth to clean your tables, then you eat there......eeeks! Someone ever told me that Clementi is a "world on its own". Why? Apart from local Singaporeans, you have Malaysians, China PRC, Blangahdesh, true Indians, Indonesians, Filipinos, Thais, Burmeese, Nepaleese, Japanese, Whites and even the opposite from Nigeria and Africa? Don't believe? Go to the Sheng Siong Supermarket at Clementi West or go to the NTUC at Clementi Central. Upgrading works has started in many part of Clementi, after all, its an old town and many things are falling apart. Have you seen young kids running around in your void deck playing with bricks and construction barricade? Wear a helmet if you like, Just Come to Clementi. The hefty costs to own a car in Singapore is far worst than expected these days as compared to 5 years ago.
Look at the ERP entries that had sprung up all over the island with plans to install more, the increasing petrol prices. However, these that I mentioned is still very manageable. But what frustrated me the most are the True Blue Idiots on the road to further dampen the driving experience. This article resulted from gathering comments on online car forums, friends and colleagues and of course personal experience. I am using internet-sourced pictures instead of those that I took over the last few months. Just in case someone that I know is doing stunts on the road and i got it on film. Welcome to SG, Welcome to Idiot Road. ......................  Are you ready to drive in SG? Sorry, correction, are you ready to face the Idiots on SG roads? Below is 1 typical type of Idiot in Singapore. Driving on 2 lanes and confusing other road users of their intention.
This potentially will cause accidents if 2 minds think otherwise.  Check out this one. First this car is trying to cut into some imaginery lane, secondly 1 hand on the mobile phone, another hand is holding a cigarette. His "dick" driving? In SG, many times we see driver cruising on expressway while multi-tasking dangerously. I have seen a couple of such drivers eating potato chips, another feeding a baby and another trying to shave while driving. All it takes is just 1 wrong move....  Bikes on SG roads are a crazy lot. Big bikes tailgated cars and in return, cars tailgated
smaller bikes. Weaving in and out of lane is common here. That also explains the 85% Road Death/ Fatalities Statistics in SG. Since so many bikers had died on SG road, yet no one seems to care. They irritate the hell out of many drivers in SG and these idiots ought to be taught a lesson if they continues to ride recklessly. That lesson could be their last.  And while weaving in and out of lane at a traffic light build up, sometimes this happens. All it takes is a new rider with a big bike.  Commercial vehicles are another headache in Singapore. If you use AYE, ECP, TPE often, you will know what I mean. On most part of our expressways are made up of 3 lanes. The left-most lane, Centre Lane and Right Most lane. All commercial vehicles in Singapore has a legal road limit between 60km/h to 70km/h. It includes, small pick-ups, van, buses, lorries and trucks. Our expressways are mostly on 90km/h speed limit (except for some part 80km/h and a stupid new expressway they called KPE which only allows 70km/h). Now there are this blue sign all over the expressways that read : "Motorcycles and Slower Vehicles, KEEP LEFT". Today in Singapore you have these commercial vehicles hogging the centre lane at 70km/h making the cars impossible to even drive at 90km/h so the cars moved to the Right-most lane. When you have more cars on ONE lane, how fast do you think cars can REALLY go? Some of these commercial vehicles even have the audacity to drive on the right-most lane! What the hell is going on? Other commercial vehicles just hog the hell for the 2 lanes leaving car owners high and dry with ONE lane to cruise. And during peak hours when the traffic are exceptionally heavy, this practise costs drivers jams which we will soon take over Bangkok as the "Giant Car Park" title.
Not just commercial vehicles, in fact all Road-Hoggers ought to be shot. Due to their hogging, our Government sees the need to regulate traffic in the form of building more ERP Gantries - a pay per use automatic deduction of cash which doubles as a toll fee. In the end, drivers pays more because of some hoggers. Get the picture?  Parking Idiots in Singapore are by far aplenty. You can spot them everywhere. I shall not comment further on this topic. Some idiots simply don't know how to park a car.  Ladies don't shoot me. Statistics showed Female drivers are the majority of road hogging drivers, caused the most accidents and took the longest average time to park a car. So far in SG, I have met my share of good female drivers
whom I really respect, but totally hate those that hog the right-most lane at 70km/h on a morning rush hour with no cars in front of them. These female ought to be shot, and shot again!  Bleah. ---------------------------------------------------------
